Regarding Liverpool & Wirral Waters, people can make up their own minds. Here are two projects, which collectively are potentially massive creating a mini New York. and yet no rapid-transit rail is being seriously planned. Anyone in their right minds would have rapid-transit as the core of their project from the outset, especially Wirral Waters, to ensure success and investment. Rapid-transit rail was a precursor of London's Docklands - without it the project would have been still-born. They put in a whole new rapid-transit network, the Dockland Light-Railways, which negotiates tight curves, running overground and underground.

It doesn't look serious to me. And I see Peel propose to fill in Vittoria Dock in Birkenhead. More land by stealth? Of course it is. They never have a project that does not have water space filling, creating lucrative land for themselves.

We should not have pages that merely promote a large private company. If there is doubt about the projects they should aired. People can make their own minds up to what Peel are up to.
